Engineering and Construction Services

Our core services, including Soil Testing, Piling, and Digital Land Survey, are highly specialized, labor-intensive, and project-specific. Therefore, our refund policy for these services is structured as follows:

  • Non-Refundable Services: Once our engineering team has mobilized to the project site, commenced fieldwork, or started data analysis and report generation, payments and advance deposits become strictly non-refundable.
  • Project Cancellation Before Mobilization: If you decide to cancel a contracted service before any field setup, equipment mobilization, or administrative work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of your advance payment. Any incurred administrative or logistical costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Consultation Fees: Fees paid for professional consultations or site inspections are non-refundable once the consultation or visit has been completed.

Third-Party E-Commerce & Product Listings

Geo Builders features a section on our website where external users can register and list their products for free. Please be aware of our strict policy regarding these listings:

  • No Direct Transactions: Geo Builders acts only as a directory or medium for product promotion. We do not process payments, collect funds, or handle shipping on behalf of the buyers or sellers. All orders and financial transactions take place directly between the Buyer and the Seller (e.g., via WhatsApp or direct phone calls).
  • Zero Refund Liability: Because we are not involved in the actual transaction, Geo Builders does not offer refunds, accept returns, or guarantee the quality of any products purchased from third-party sellers listed on our platform.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges must be directed to the specific seller you purchased the product from. Geo Builders will not mediate, intervene, or take responsibility for any financial disputes between buyers and sellers. We advise all buyers to verify the seller and their individual refund policies before making any payments.

Account Termination

If a user account on our free product listing platform is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (such as listing fraudulent products), Geo Builders holds no financial liability toward the terminated user.
